A pleasant fruit flavoured, two-tone plaque staining tablet to make plaque in the mouth visible. Free of erythrozine (E127).
Plaque is difficult to see as it is white in colour, so dentists and dental hygienists recommend the plaque staining tablet for visualisation. It facilitates thorough cleaning and provides a way to check the effectiveness of brushing.
It stains old and new plaque in two different colours. Old plaque = blue colour, Fresh plaque = red colour.
Using: Chew one tablet and then spread it in the mouth with your tongue, together with saliva. Spit out the remainder and gently rinse your mouth with water. DO NOT SWALLOW THE TABLET! If you look in the mirror, you can see plaque and food residue on the discoloured parts. Then clean your teeth step by step.
Use once a week. It is best to do plaque staining in the evening. If you see discolouration on your teeth, brush again.
Anyone over the age of 6 can use it, under parental supervision. Pleasant, fruity taste, easy to remove from teeth. Playfully show children where they have missed brushing to encourage them to brush more thoroughly.
